Providing false information during registration – including using a name, age, or address that is not your own – constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 588bet account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 588bet will merge or close the additional accounts, void any bonuses obtained, and may suspend the primary account pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 588bet login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. 588bet will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers are processed within the same business day for verified accounts.
Before processing any withdrawal, 588bet may require full KYC verification if not already completed. Any bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be requested. 588bet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard mobile wallet transfers; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Where a conflict exists between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.
New 588bet accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The exact wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limit are detailed in the welcome offer terms at the time of registration.
A wagering requirement specifies how many times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be turned over in qualifying bets before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal. Bets that are voided, cancelled, or cashed out early may not count toward wagering requirements. Live casino and poker games may contribute differently to wagering requirements than sports bets – the specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
588bet actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: placing low-risk matched bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.
Bonuses are intended for recreational use by eligible players. Accepting a bonus in bad faith – with the primary intention of extracting value through systematic exploitation rather than genuine play – is a violation of these terms.
Bets placed on 588bet are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when you receive a bet ID reference number. Until that confirmation is received, no bet is considered valid. 588bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, bets that fall outside normal market parameters or where 588bet has reason to believe the bet is being placed with the benefit of inside information.
Odds displayed at the time of viewing are not guaranteed until a bet is confirmed. Between the moment you select odds and the moment your bet is processed, prices may change. 588bet's platform settings allow you to choose your preferred response to odds changes – accepting only better odds, accepting any odds, or being notified of changes before confirming. Your selected preference applies to all bets placed during that session.
588bet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, incomplete matches settled under specific circumstances, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Voided bets are returned to your 588bet balance at the original stake. Accumulator bets containing a voided selection are typically recalculated without that selection.
Live in-play betting markets on 588bet are suspended during critical moments of play (goal kicks, dismissals, wickets, etc.) and may be suspended at any time at 588bet's discretion. In-play bets placed during a suspension are not valid. Results determined between the time of bet placement and server-side confirmation are governed by 588bet's in-play rules, which are available in the sports rules section of the platform.
All markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body at the time of final settlement. 588bet uses official score sources and may temporarily delay settlement where results are under review or protest. If settlement is subsequently found to be in error, 588bet reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.
Live casino games on 588bet are provided by third-party certified studio operators. Game outcomes are determined by physical processes – real cards, real wheels – which are independently audited for fairness. 588bet accepts no liability for technical issues arising from third-party studio infrastructure, though we will work to resolve any credited balance discrepancies in a timely manner. All bets placed during a verified live casino round are final.
If you experience a disconnection during a live casino round or poker hand, the round will continue according to the platform's standard disconnection rules. In live casino, any bets already placed at the time of disconnection are settled based on the round's outcome. In poker, standard disconnection timer and all-in protection rules apply as documented in the poker section of the platform.
All poker games on 588bet are player-vs-player. 588bet earns revenue through rake (a percentage of each pot, capped per hand) or tournament entry fees. The specific rake structure and blind levels for each game type are displayed in the poker lobby. Collusion between players – sharing hole card information, coordinating betting to unfairly advantage one player – is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

Any funds obtained through prohibited conduct are not withdrawable. 588bet will take appropriate action including account suspension, funds forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
588bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, failure to complete KYC verification, or where continued operation of an account poses a regulatory risk. Where suspension is due to a suspected breach under investigation, funds may be frozen pending the outcome of that investigation.
You may close your 588bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled at their conclusion and any remaining balance in your account – net of any outstanding wagering requirements – will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement operate under different conditions outlined in the Responsible Gaming section.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 588bet may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as detailed in the account maintenance policy available on request. You will be notified before any fee is applied, giving you the opportunity to log in and reactivate your account. Dormant account fees will not reduce your balance below zero.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes 588bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
588bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 588bet will provide reasonable notice through the platform or via email to your registered address. The revised terms will specify the effective date of the changes.
If you disagree with any amendment, your remedy is to close your 588bet account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of 588bet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
